EASY Stroganoff recipe

My genius husband came up with this:)

box of small shell noodles
Sour cream
Au jus gravy mix
Meat leftovers (we used pork)

cook the noodles, drain
Mix some au jus gravy mix with water and leftover meat
Put au jus mix in hot noodle pan,
Put in sour cream

Note: we purchased the au jus gravy mix from Gordons Food Service -its a great addition to our spice cabinet!
